I am announcing my latest canvas art prints to Modern Wallz: Juliet, Punkfish, and Autumn Fields. All three of these prints are reproductions from my fine art oil paintings. You can see more of my fine art paintings at bengrace.com. I will be offering more reprints from bengrace.com in the future. These paintings are from my true love - oil painting. I love the way oil paints flow across the canvas. Acrylics have their place too, but they are just not a sumptuous as oils.

Juliet is one of my favorite paintings. I love the glow that leaps off the surface of the water. Mostly, I love the feeling I get from it, cool water flowing over my head as I effortlessly glide through the water. Not a care in the world. I can’t wait for summer again! She is part of a continuing series of swimmers.

Punkfish is often a crowd favorite at shows. If you look closely you can see the wood grain showing through and the tattoo on the fish on the left (it says ”Nemo”). The fish on the right has a mohawk and nose ring. I had some fun with this one.

Autumn Fields was just a good time to paint. I had a great time with it – playing with large brush strokes. Can you tell what it is? It’s a view from above of green fields, broken up by the crisscross of autumn trees. I love playing with abstraction. This painting looks like an abstract painting, but yet it is “something”.
Let me know what you think of my work. Artists always (mostly, haha) love to hear what people think of their work.
